Have your equipment and/or engine model number ready when calling if you need parts lookup. IMPORTANT: Your engine will have a different model number than the equipment it is on. We cannot look up parts without this model information.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, call our Customer Service Department during normal business hours, and we will gladly assist you.

Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.

The purchase is not exempt merely because the purchase is made over the Internet, by catalogue, or by other remote means.

The state requires each purchaser to report any purchase that was not taxed and to pay on the purchase. The tax may be reported and paid on your state's use tax form

 Wildcats46 strives to provide the best quality products, but from time to time a product might not perform to manufacturers specifications.  Please take a moment to review our warranty policy below.

Engine Powered Equipment

If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Please contact customer service to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center to assist you.

Return Policies

These are Wildcat's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from www.wildcats46.com
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from www.wildcats46.com.
  • Any product that has been installed or used.
  • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note: Any product returned to Wildcats46 must be new, unused, complete, and less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Decks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

Electrical

Electrical items are available for exchange only. Jackssmallengines.com understands that ordering repair parts can be difficult at times. So we allow you to exchange electrical items ordered incorrectly to be returned for the correct item.

Gaskets

Gaskets and seals are sold as final sale (not returnable).

Engine Powered Equipment

Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Refunds

According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge

Regular Shipping Option

Orders are shipped UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Priority unless other method is preferred. (If you need faster service, tell us how to ship. Please note that faster shipping is just that, it will only reduce the shipping time. See below.)

Want to know where your order is?
Click HERE to find shipping information about an existing order. Using your confirmation number or your customer number you can now find out approximately when your order will arrive. Please note that some orders may not be available for tracking through the website due to the method of shipping, weight of item and/or price of order. As always you can Contact Us and we will try and assist you with your order.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information and order processing information to be available AFTER you have received your confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped. Orders could possibly be shipped from multiple locations.

Express Delivery

Available upon request please call to see if product is in stock!
Upgrading to Second Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by Shipper) to arrive in two business days.

Truck Freight Shipments

Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $75 and $125 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.)

International USPS

Wildcats is a USPS International Freight and Express shipper. Rates will vary depending on weight and country. Jacks Small Engines is not responsible for any duty or taxes leveyed by receiving country. It the sole responsibility of the receiving party to pay any such charges. 

NOTE: Some Products cannot be shipped Internationally!

Back Orders

Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts not listed by picture on our web site, may take longer. We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for a extended period, check with us. Usually, we can get parts faster because of our huge buying power! 

Special Orders

Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please Note, Returns will be subject to a 20% Manufacturer's restocking charge.
